Psycho Gets Pistol License

[March 2000]   This is the picture taken for my Suffolk County pistol license.  The case for gun control?

At the time I got my license I was not a U.S. citizen.  Citizenship is not required for issuance of a handgun license in New York State.  This seems odd to me--another aspect of the peculiarly carefree attitude of the authorities towards citizenship status.
